Add Variants (Price & Quantity)
A Variant = Product × Price. Example: the “Class” product can have two variants: • “Single Class – $20” (1 credit) • “10‑Class Pack – $160” (10 credits)
1 Open Billing Setup → Variants
Left menu → Settings → Billing Setup → Variants Click Add Variant.
2 Pick the Product
At the top of the form choose which Product (credit type) this variant belongs to—“Class”, “Private”, “Workshop”, etc.
3 Set the price & amount

4 Expiry (optional)
Set Expires After to make credits vanish after a period—e.g. 6 Month.
Use 0 for never.
5 Visibility

6 Subscriptions (optional)
Turn Is a subscription on if you want recurring billing.

Leave them blank/zero for a classic open‑ended subscription.
7 Save (or duplicate / delete)
- Click Save to publish.
- Duplicate saves time when making similar variants.
- Delete removes it (existing purchases stay intact).
You now have something clients can buy!
