Connect Stripe
Why connect Stripe? It lets you take secure card payments—Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Apple Pay, Google Pay—without storing any card data yourself.
1 Open Billing Setup → Connect Stripe
Left menu → Settings → Billing Setup → Connect Stripe.
2 Click Connect with Stripe
A new tab opens on Stripe’s site. Log in (or create a free account) and follow the prompts:
- Business details – studio name, phone, short description
- Bank account – where payouts land
- Owner identity – required by banking laws
Most people finish in 3–4 minutes.
3 Return to Quoflo
You’ll see a summary card:

If anything is flagged, click Go to Stripe Dashboard and finish it there.
4 Enable payments
Toggle Enable payments with Stripe on. Clients can now pay at checkout.
Platform fees
Quoflo’s default platform fee is 2.4 % per transaction. Need a custom rate? Email sales@quoflo.com.
5 Test a transaction
- Publish a $1 test bundle.
- Open the booking link in a private tab.
- Pay with a real card (refund it later).
- In your Stripe dashboard you should see: Payment → Payout scheduled.
