Welcome to Quoflo

Your studio can be live in ten minutes. Follow these six quick steps and you’ll be ready to take bookings and payments.


1  Open your Dashboard

  1. Locate the “Welcome to Quoflo” email.
  2. Click Go to my dashboard and log in.

Bookmark the page — it always looks like https://your-studio.app.quoflo.com/admin.


2  Add your studio details

Click Save and you’re done with the basics.


3  Enable payments

  1. Go to Billing → Connect Stripe.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts (about 3 minutes).
  3. When you return, look for the green Active badge.

You can now accept credit cards.


4  Publish your first class or appointment

  1. Open Calendar → Add Event.
  2. Enter a name, price, and time.
  3. Choose where it happens (studio, Zoom, etc.).
  4. Press Publish.

Your public schedule updates instantly.


5  Do a quick test booking

Open your Schedule Link in a private browser tab and book a $1 “test” spot. You should receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A test payment record in Stripe

Delete the test later—it’s just for peace of mind.


Copy the Schedule Link and:

  • Paste it on Instagram or Facebook
  • Drop it in a newsletter
  • Text it to a client

That’s it! Clients can now book—and pay—on their own.


What’s next?

  • Email Reminders – automatic nudges so no-shows drop.
  • Memberships & Packs – sell bundles or recurring plans.
  • Forms – collect waivers before class.
