Welcome to Quoflo
Your studio can be live in ten minutes. Follow these six quick steps and you’ll be ready to take bookings and payments.
1 Open your Dashboard
- Locate the “Welcome to Quoflo” email.
- Click Go to my dashboard and log in.

2 Add your studio details
Task | Why |

Upload a logo | Shown on every booking page & email |
Upload a banner | Shown on the homepage |
Click Save and you’re done with the basics.
3 Enable payments
- Go to Billing → Connect Stripe.
- Follow the on-screen prompts (about 3 minutes).
- When you return, look for the green Active badge.
You can now accept credit cards.
4 Publish your first class or appointment
- Open Calendar → Add Event.
- Enter a name, price, and time.
- Choose where it happens (studio, Zoom, etc.).
- Press Publish.
Your public schedule updates instantly.
5 Do a quick test booking
Open your Schedule Link in a private browser tab and book a $1 “test” spot. You should receive:
- A confirmation email
- A test payment record in Stripe
Delete the test later—it’s just for peace of mind.
6 Share your link
Copy the Schedule Link and:
- Paste it on Instagram or Facebook
- Drop it in a newsletter
- Text it to a client
That’s it! Clients can now book—and pay—on their own.
What’s next?
