Add a Location
Why add a location? Every class, appointment, or event in Quoflo needs a “where”—that can be a physical studio, a Zoom room, or even a beach yoga spot.
1 Open Host Setup → Locations
On the left menu go to Settings → Host Setup → Locations, then press Add Location.
2 Name & Type
Field | Purpose |
---|---|
Location Name | Shown to clients when they pick a class |
Location Type | Physical (street address) or Virtual (Zoom/online) |
Choosing Physical will unlock the address fields; Virtual skips them.
3 (Physical only) Enter the address
- Start typing in Address and select the Google-suggested match.
- City, state, and postcode fill in automatically.
- 📍 A precise pin lets Quoflo place a map in email reminders.
Optional
Add a Maps URL if you’d like a “Get directions” link in confirmations.
4 Add visuals (cover image)
Image | Size | Where it appears |
---|---|---|
Cover | 1296 × 648 px | Top of the location page & confirmation emails |
Drag-and-drop or click Upload.
5 Extra details (optional)
Field | When to use it |
---|---|
Notes | Parking info, door code, “Bring your own mat”… |
Notification Text | Staff-only memo shown on your dashboard |
Markdown formatting works here (e.g. bold, italics).
6 Visibility
Toggle Visible in Dropdown:
- On → clients can select this location during booking.
- Off → hidden from clients (useful for pop-ups or test venues).
7 Save (or delete)
- Click Save to finish.
- Editing an existing location? A small trash-can icon lets you Delete it—this also removes any future events scheduled there.
You’re done!
Repeat for as many studios or virtual rooms as you need. Next step 👉 Forms: collect waivers and intake questions automatically.
