Set up your Host Profile
Goal: add your studio’s branding and claim your booking link in less than five minutes.
1 Open the Host Profile screen
- Sign in to your dashboard (bookmark it for later):
https://**your-studio**.app.quoflo.com/admin
- In the left-hand menu choose Settings → Host Setup → Host Profile.
If you land on an empty dashboard, look for the purple “Start hosting events” button—clicking it will bring you here automatically.
2 Fill in the basics
Field | What shows up | Tips |
---|---|---|
Host Name | Your studio name on emails and booking pages | 30 chars max |
Support Email | “From” address on receipts & reminders | Use an inbox you check daily |
Timezone | Times on your public schedule | Auto-detected—change if needed |
3 Choose your sub-domain
This becomes your public booking link:
https://**yourchoice**.app.quoflo.com
- Lower-case letters, numbers, and hyphens only
- Must start & end with a letter or number
- No “quoflo”, “www”, or spaces
caution
Once you click Claim sub-domain, it’s locked. Changing it later will break every existing link.
4 Add visuals (optional —but recommended)

Drag & drop your files, or click Upload. You can replace or remove them anytime.
5 Save & go live
- New account? Click Start Hosting Events (the button turns green and your booking link activates).
- Existing account? Click Save.
Congrats 🎉 — your studio profile is now live!
