Billing Preferences
Fine-tune how Quoflo handles checkout and credit logic for your studio. All settings live under Settings → Preferences → Billing.
Show all products on order form
Toggle | Result |
---|---|
On | Every active product is listed immediately on the “New Order” form—handy when you only sell a few items. |
Off | Staff chooses a product first, then picks a variant/price. This keeps the form tidy when you have a long catalogue. |
Change takes effect the next time the order form is opened.
Custom “Insufficient Credits” message
When a client tries to join a paid event without enough credits and you have not connected Stripe, Quoflo shows a default error. Use this text box to add your own note—for example, telling the client to purchase a pass in advance or contact the desk.
